Should I buy a ticket or become a sponsor?
Individual dinner tickets are $55 each and are perfect for attendees who want to support the mission by being present. Sponsorships start at $2,500 and are tax-deductible gifts that include recognition and a reserved table for you and your guests. If you would like a tax-deductible giving statement, choose a sponsorship.
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Is my sponsorship tax-deductible?
Yes, in part. The IRS requires that we account for any benefits you receive as a sponsor. The fair market value of one seat at the banquet is $55. So a $5,000 Impact Partner gift, which includes a reserved table for 10 guests, has $4,450 that is fully tax-deductible (the $5,000 gift minus the $550 fair market value of the table). You will receive a written acknowledgment letter in January with the exact figures for your records.
What if I want to give but not attend?
You can absolutely give without attending. Your full gift is tax-deductible when no seats are used. Choose any sponsorship level and let us know your table is available for others or for our team. We will still honor your gift with recognition in the program.
When do I need to provide guest names and logo?
After you complete your sponsorship, we will reach out closer to September to gather guest names and your logo or business name as you would like it recognized. No need to have all the details upfront.
